BEAT LEASE LICENSE AGREEMENT (NOTICE OF TERMS) —
PREMIUM UNLIMITED NON-EXCLUSIVE
READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING LICENSE NOTICE.
By purchasing, downloading, opening, accessing, or using any Beat(s) from this pack, you
(“Licensee/Artist”) agree to these terms with Go10 operating under FNS Music Group
(“Licensor/Producer”).
A) Parties:
● Licensor/Producer/Composer: Go10 (FNS Music Group)
● Licensee/Artist: The person/company shown on the purchase receipt, checkout details,
or order confirmation email (“Order Record”).
B) Definitions:
● “Beat” = any instrumental audio file included in this pack (MP3/WAV/stems where
applicable).
● “Beat Pack” = a bundled product containing multiple Beats (example: a “5-Beat Pack”).
● “Per-Beat License” = each Beat is licensed individually.
● “New Song” = one (1) new vocal/artist recording created by Licensee using one (1) Beat.
● “Restricted Streams” = monetized or commercial streams across DSPs/social platforms
combined (Spotify/Apple/YouTube/TikTok/IG/Facebook/SoundCloud, etc.).
C) Automatic Acceptance / Effective Time (No Signature Needed):
This license becomes effective immediately at the time of purchase shown in the Order Record.
No signature is required. Your Order Record is proof of purchase and agreement.
D) License Type (Non-Exclusive):
This is a NON-EXCLUSIVE license. Licensor may lease/license the same Beat(s) to other
customers.
E) What You Receive (Files):
For each Beat you license, you receive:
● Trackouts/Stems (where provided)
● HQ WAV
● HQ MP3 (320kbps)
(Any MP3s included are convenience copies.)
F) Price & Scope — IMPORTANT (Per Beat):
● $49.99 USD is the license fee for ONE (1) Beat within the Beat Pack.
● Buying a 5-Beat Pack may include multiple Beats, but your license rights apply only to
the number of Beats paid for per your Order Record.
● If you paid for 5 Beats at $249.95 USD, you license up to five (5) Beats inside the
chosen 5 Beat Pack, each under these terms.
G) Granted Rights (What You MAY Do):
For each Beat you purchased a license for, you may:
1. Create one (1) New Song using that Beat.
2. Release/distribute the New Song worldwide within the caps below.
3. Use the New Song for standard promotion (social posts, live performance, EPK) within
the caps.
H) Usage Caps (Per Beat License):
NO CAPS on distribution, sales, or streaming for the New Song created from each licensed
Beat.
Still applies: One (1) Beat license = one (1) New Song.
If you want multiple different songs using the same Beat, you must purchase additional
rights/permission in writing.
I) Ownership / Rights Reserved:
Licensor keeps 100% ownership of the Beat (instrumental composition and Beat master).
Licensee owns the New Song master recording they create, subject to this license.
J) Publishing / Songwriting Split (Default):
Unless a different split is agreed in writing:
● Composition: 50% Go10 (FNS Music Group) / 50% Licensee
Licensee must register credits accurately with distributor/PRO where applicable.
K) Producer Credit (Required):
Where credits are shown (metadata, DSP credits, YouTube description, etc.):
“Produced by Go10 (FNS Music Group)”
L) Prohibited Uses (You MAY NOT):
● Claim you produced/composed the Beat.
● Resell, share, upload, redistribute, sublicense, gift, or trade the Beat files (or any part of
them).
● Upload the Beat as a standalone instrumental release to DSPs/content libraries.
● Use the Beat or files for sample packs, loop packs, MIDI packs, sound kits, presets, or
templates.
● Use the Beat/files to train or feed AI models (music generation, stem extraction datasets,
etc.).
● Exceed caps without upgrading.
Additional Stem Restrictions
Stems are provided only for mixing/arrangement of the New Song. You may NOT:
● Sell or distribute stems separately
● Repackage stems into kits/packs
● Use stems to create a competing instrumental for resale/leasing
● Use stems/files for AI training
M) YouTube / Content ID:
Licensor may use identification systems to protect rights. With proof of purchase, Licensor may
reasonably assist with whitelisting for the New Song (not Beat-only uploads).
N) No Refunds (Digital Goods):
All sales are final once files are delivered/accessed, except where required by law.
O) Breach & Termination:
If Licensee violates these terms, this license can terminate automatically. Licensee must
immediately stop monetizing/distributing the New Song until cured or upgraded.
P) Governing Law:
Governing law: Wisconsin, USA.
If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
